Web design for fitness & gyms

Turn “someday”into their first session.

Website design and redesign for independent gyms and fitness studios in Arizona and across the US. Help new visitors choose a class and find their first step.

Projects from $3,500

Make the training worth showing up for

Show what makes your gym worth joining.

A list of class names cannot show prospective members the energy of your gym or help them understand which training style suits them.

I pair action photography with plain-language training descriptions, giving strength, conditioning, and recovery their own presence so people can picture what they are signing up for.

Help members find their next class

Make finding a class the easy part.

A cramped timetable or downloadable schedule makes people work to find a session that fits their day, especially when they are on a phone.

I build a readable mobile schedule with training filters, clear times, and session choices, then connect the booking path to the platform your studio already uses.

Help beginners take the first step

Turn “where do I start?” into a first visit.

Someone ready to train may still hesitate when your class names, intensity levels, and membership options are all new to them.

I create a first-visit path that starts with their goal, suggests a relevant training option, and explains what to expect, giving newcomers a clear way to get started.

Have a question about your project?

Ask Brandon
Do you build websites for gyms and fitness studios?

Yes. I build and redesign websites for independent gyms and fitness studios in Arizona and across the US, with clear class information, membership options, and a practical first-visit path.

Can you connect our booking or membership software?

I review the booking links, widgets, or other integration options your provider supports before confirming the scope. Account access, available features, and the website platform affect what is possible. A supported link or embed may meet the need without a custom integration.

Do we need to replace our membership platform for a redesign?

Not necessarily. We can often improve the website around the system your team already uses. Replacing software or moving membership data is a separate decision and is not assumed to be part of a website redesign.

Can our team keep updating class information?

We agree where each type of information is maintained. A supported live schedule can draw from your booking provider, while website editing covers coach details, studio information, and promotions. The exact workflow depends on your tools.

How long does a gym website take?

Most fitness projects take 4–8 weeks depending on pages, integrations, and whether an app experience is included.

Have you built fitness apps as well as websites?

Yes. GymTok is a community-driven fitness app for tracking workouts and sharing progress across web and mobile. A custom app has a different scope from a gym marketing website or a booking widget.

What can we include in the project?

Your next member wants to know whether your gym is right for them, which class to try, and how to get started. I build and redesign websites for independent gyms and fitness studios in Arizona and across the US around those questions.

Bring your existing schedule, membership software, and real studio details. We can improve the website around the tools your team already uses, with a clear scope for booking connections, content, and care after launch.

  • A clear first-visit path. Explain who your sessions suit, what to bring, and how to book a trial or tour. Show the next step beside the information a new visitor needs.
  • Schedules and booking connections. Review the links or widgets your scheduling provider supports, then check the path from choosing a class to its booking screen on desktop and mobile.
  • Membership information. Present your approved plans, inclusions, and signup options clearly. Keep membership billing and account rules in the system that manages them.
  • Your coaches and studio. Use real photos, approved coach biographies, and practical arrival details so visitors can picture their first session. Make these details easy to update.
  • Local search foundations. Organize your actual classes, services, and locations with clear titles, useful content, and internal links. Search positions and membership growth are not guaranteed.
  • Care after launch. Scope promotion updates, coach changes, website maintenance, and booking-link checks. Agree who updates the schedule so the website and booking system stay consistent.
A redesign can work with your existing booking system

A new website does not automatically mean a new membership platform. First, I review how your current provider handles schedules, trial visits, account signups, and payments.

A supported booking link or widget may be enough. Mindbody, for example, offers branded web tools for schedules and bookings. We confirm your account access and available options before promising a specific connection or custom behavior.

Plan the first visit as carefully as the homepage

A beginner may need different information from a returning member. Explain class levels, what to bring, where to park, and whether the first step is a trial booking, a tour, or a conversation with your team.

You provide and approve prices, policies, coach credentials, and photos. I organize that information and check the main paths on a phone before launch. A booking-button click is not the same as a completed booking; measurement depends on what your provider exposes.

Website work and a custom fitness app are different scopes

GymTok is a community-driven fitness app for tracking workouts and sharing progress across web and mobile. That project shows a different kind of fitness experience from a studio website built around class information and booking.

If you need a custom member experience beyond a marketing website, we can discuss it separately. Most website enquiries can start with your existing tools and the specific problems visitors or staff encounter.
