TiempOS

One workspace for the whole team’s day.

Tiempo runs a personal assistant service in the UAE. Their team was managing client work across chat threads, spreadsheets, and inboxes. I built TiempOS, the internal workspace they now run the business from.

The starting point

Run the whole team’s day from one place.

Work lived in too many places. Nobody could see what was due, who was waiting, or what a client had already been told, so assistants spent the first part of every day rebuilding context instead of doing the work.

The internal workspace behind Tiempo: tasks, client context, and an assistant that answers from the team’s own data.

The workspace the team runs on.

Tasks, a shared inbox, and client context sit in one app. The built-in assistant answers from that same data, so nobody has to go hunting for it.

The approach

Put the work, the client, and the context on one screen.

TiempOS brings tasks, inbox, workflows, client profiles, and team views into one app built on SvelteKit and Supabase. A shared context layer keeps client history in one place, and the built-in agent answers questions from that data instead of guessing. Background jobs handle the recurring work: pulling in messages, building the daily briefs, and flagging anything overdue.
